Quality control

In terms of quality control, we strictly implement ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality control system, and have perfect quality testing capability.  We have a professional QC team with a staff complement of 15 people.  This team carries out our standard quality inspections of products manufactured which includes batch sample testing to drawings,  general inspection, after packing inspection and before shipment inspection.  The quality testing also includes batch force/pressure testing, galvanized surface thickness testing, salt spray testing, material flaw testing, finish instruments, hardness testing, angular projection testing, and more.
